We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase within 7 days of purchase. Once the 7 days have passed we regret we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. We are unable to offer refunds on sale items. Only full priced items are eligible for a refund.
Your items must be returned unopened and unused to be eligible for a return. It must be in the same condition you received it and within the original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns on intimate products or sanitary goods and some personal care items.
To be eligible for a return please provide your proof of receipt.
If your return is eligible for a refund please return in the original packaging with your receipt. Once we have received the package we will email you to notify you and advise if we are able to accept your return.
If eligible your refund will be processed, and the funds applied via your original method of payment. We cannot be responsible for delays in your bank processing the return.
If your items are defective or damaged will are able to offer an exchange. We will need evidence of the damaged product either by having the item returned to us or photographic evidence. Please contact us to discuss.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to return any unwanted items. If an item is damaged on arrival the shipping cost will be covered by us.
You are also responsible for any tracking required for your shipping as we can’t guarantee we will receive your return.
